Abstract

  • The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels in Maluku in January 2021 reached 31.56 percent or decreased by 11.73 points compared to December 2020. When compared to the ROR for January 2020 which was recorded at 31.79 percent, the ROR for star hotels in Maluku has decreased. 0.23 points
  • The room occupancy rate (TPK) of other accommodations in Maluku in January 2021 reached 11.94 percent or decreased by 0.23 points compared to December 2020.
  • There are no foreign guests staying at star hotels or other accommodations.
  • The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku in January 2021 was 2.67 days, or decreased by 0.22 points compared to December 2020. When compared to the same period in 2020, there was an increase in the average length of stay of guests domestic by 0.51 points.
