Maluku's exports in November 2023 reached US$ 8.29 million or an increase of around 405.82 percent compared to October 2023.
Cumulatively, Maluku's export value from January to November 2023 was US$ 63.73 million or a decrease of around 8.04 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
Maluku's exports in November 2023 will come from the non-oil and gas sector.
Maluku's export destination countries in November 2023 are Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, China, India, the United States and the Netherlands. The largest export was to China worth US$ 5.47 million.
The total export value of commodities from Maluku exported from ports outside Maluku in November 2023 reached US$ 0.20 million or decreased by 32.68 percent compared to October 2023.
Cumulatively, the export value of commodities from Maluku exported through ports outside Maluku from January to November 2023 reached US$ 37.00 million or an increase of around 10.61 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
Maluku imports in November 2023 reached US$ 41.71 million or an increase of around 6.66 percent compared to imports in October 2023 (US$ 39.11 million).
Cumulatively, the import value from January to November 2023 reached US$ 260.24 million or an increase of around 50.31 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
During January to November 2023, the countries of origin for Maluku imports are Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China. The largest import came from Singapore with a value of US$ 172.00 million.
Commodities imported are in the oil and gas and non-oil and gas sectors.
Imports from January to November 2023 via Yos Sudarso Port, Pattimura Airport in Ambon and Wahai Port in Central Maluku.
