Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) of star hotels in Maluku in December 2020 reached 43.29 percent or decreased by 1.89 points compared to November 2020. When compared to the ROR for December 2019 which was recorded at 44.09 percent, the ROR for star hotels in Maluku has decreased 0 , 80 points.

The room occupancy rate (ROR) of other accommodations in Maluku in December 2020 reached 12.17 percent or decreased by 0.22 points compared to November 2020.

There are no foreign guests staying at star hotels or other accommodations.

The average length of stay of domestic guests at star hotels in Maluku was 2.89 days, or decreased by 0.17 points compared to November 2020. When compared to the same period in 2019, there was an increase in the average length of stay of domestic guests by 1.16 points.

The average length of stay of domestic guests at other accommodations in Maluku in December 2020 was 1.35 days, or a decrease of 0.08 points compared to November 2020.
